At the outset, RMM was involved in preparing a comprehensive landscape strategy and collating landscape evidence to enable this development to take place.

Two separate developers are delivering the Prestons North and Prestons Park development in two pieces. Ngai Tahu (Prestons North) and CDL Ltd (Prestons Park) now work with RMM as the plan starts to take shape.

A key feature of the open space through both developments is the linear park that seamlessly combines the stormwater system, playgrounds, and open space into a central spine extending the development length. Streetscape strategies enable multimodal transport that harmonises with the stormwater networks and flora and fauna integration.

RMM prepared the park's masterplan and design vision, resulting in their thorough involvement in the detailed implementation phase. They provided extensive contract documentation and supervision through the day-to-day management of contractors and suppliers and multiple work streams at different completion stages.
